Can't add Fidelity Cash Management Accounts

I opened up a few Cash Management Accounts with Fidelity. I have not been able to add these to SImplifi. When I connect to Fidelity, it initially allows to me to select all Cash Management Accounts (in additions to the brokerage and Roth IRA account). But in the next step, Simplifi allows me to only add the brokerage and Roth IRA accounts and ignores the Cash Management Accounts.

    Hello @JCBFranklin,

    Thanks for reaching out! Are you receiving a specific error when trying to add these accounts, or do they just not appear in the list of accounts available to add within the account discovery window in Quicken Simplifi? How long ago were these accounts opened? I have seen in the past that it can take some time if the accounts have just been opened. Let us know!

    There were no errors. The cash accounts just didn’t show up to add to Simplifi. I opened the accounts up an hour or so ago.

    Thanks for letting us know. If they were just opened, as you stated, it may take time to show up to be added to Quicken Simplifi, as noted previously. Can you provide the following information to better assist us?

    1. Has there been activity in the account within the last 90 days?
      1. We may not find the account if there has not been any recent activity.
    2. Are you routed to a different URL or website when you try to open the missing account on the bank's website?
      1. These are typically referred to as external accounts.
    3. What is the account type and nickname as it appears on the bank's website?
    4. Is the missing account a subtype of another type of account, like an investment account?
    5. Did the bank make any changes to its website?

    @JCBFranklin If you just opened the account today, it may take until tomorrow to connect it. I opened my Fidelity CM a month or so ago, and I believe I had the same issue. It would show up so I could enable it on Fidelity's end, but it wasn't quite ready to be connected to Simplifi. I connected it with no problem either that night or the next day. I don't remember which.

    I would say try again tonight or in the morning.

    I tried just now (afternoon of the next day) and all CMAs were successfully added to Simplifi. Thank you!
