I'm also trying to connect Freedom Mortage as I have a current home loan with and unable to regardless if I use SMS or E-mail for authentication. Not using any password auto-fill either and can verify successful logon directly with financial institution. After two-factor it hangs up on Still Working and finally with the following error

Hello @ChasingIt,
Thanks for reaching out! I am unable to see this error from our side for you when connecting. To clarify, are you trying to add a new account for the first time into Quicken Simplifi, or are you trying to update an existing account? For the latter, I would see if establishing a fresh connection works to resolve the issue:
- Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.

This is creating a new account and selecting Freedom Mortage from beginning. I've never been able to get it added.

@ChasingIt, thanks for the additional information!
It looks like a 11000 error is a generic error, and may be something we'll need to escalate. Have you tried adding the account from a different browser or from the Quicken Simplifi Mobile App, by chance? If not, I would definitely recommend trying some additional locations.
If the issue persists, I would also recommend trying different methods for MFA, if possible, to see if any produce different results. You can also try temporarily disabling MFA with the bank directly to see if you are then able to connect in Quicken Simplifi. You can re-enable MFA afterwards.
Let us know how it goes!

Appreciate the response, just tested it out using iOS and received the following when authenticating with text.

Hello @ChasingIt,
Thanks for the reply! Let's have you try temporarily disabling the multi-factor authentication from the bank's side, as Coach Natalie suggested previously, to see if this allows you to connect. You should be able to re-enable the MFA afterwards. Let us know!
