Send Feedback inoperable

I just tried out the new reporting features today, and I got an error message. The message would not delete when clicking the X, closing the window, or closing the browser. I then tried the send feedback link, and it seemed to work, but then just continued to send without completion. So, I'm posting here to let you know that something isn't working right.

    @BHazeltine, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

    I'm not personally experiencing any error messages within Quicken Simplifi, and I was able to use the 'Send Feedback' dialog with no issue as well. I'm guessing that you're experiencing a problem with either your browser or your internet connection. After confirming there are no internet issues, I would recommend trying from a different browser or in incognito/private mode.
