Manulife One - "We are unable to connect to Manulife Bank of Canada at this time" FDP-187 (edited)

I keep getting this error when trying to add my bank account "We are unable to connect to Manulife Bank of Canada at this time" tried a number of times and keep getting same error.

    Thanks for reaching out! From our side, I can see that you're receiving an FDP-187 error today. Users will typically receive this error when they have entered an invalid multifactor authentication code. The error typically resolves itself within 24-48 hours, but if you continue to see this error after 48 hours, be sure to provide the following information:

    • Is Quicken Simplifi asking you to complete MFA?
    • Are you receiving the code?
    • What method are you using (SMS, call, etc.)?

  • First attempt it went through and completed the MFA stage using SMS method and seemed to go through.. Now it just asks for my user name and password but not working.

  • Hello Again - It has been weeks since I last tried this as I was away on Vacation. Now I just tried again with same issue and message. I don't know what else to try at this point. And getting a bit frustrated since I paid for this new subscription and not able to use it yet. My old Quicken Classic account still works without any issue when downloading from my banks.

    Thanks for following up. When checking from our side, I cannot see the error you are receiving when trying to connect. Can you please provide a screenshot showing the error you see from within Quicken Simplifi?
