cleared checks description incorrect

On every account that I have, if a check clears, the description is incorrect. It always comes through as check 1883 and the category is always pets. I have to manually change the check number and category. Is there a fix to this?

    Have you gone to Settings:Rules to make sure you didn't inadvertently make a rule on a check 1883? I've done that a few times myself.

    I deleted the rule for check 1883 but I am not sure if that will correct the issue. I will see what happens.
