Wells Fargo account can't update Care code: FDP-350 (edited)

One of my two Wells Fargo accounts is endlessly stuck with

"Wells Fargo Bank requires you to re-authenticate (Care code: FDP-350)"

no matters how many times I re-enter my account username and password and enable data sharing. The account linking seems to fail at the very last step after I have clicked through all of Wells Fargo's authorization pages.

Meanwhile, my other Wells Fargo account works fine no issues. How can this be resolved?

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. Are both of these accounts under the same UserID and password with Wells Fargo? Are you the primary account holder on both accounts? When you try to re-authenticate the problem account, are you re-authenticating both Wells Fargo accounts, or only the problem account?

    Please try making your Wells Fargo accounts manual (for instructions, click here), then add the accounts back into your Quicken Simplifi (for instructions, click here), and carefully link the accounts to the existing accounts in your Quicken Simplifi (for instructions, click here). Make sure that you are using the primary accountholder's login information when connecting the accounts.
