Franklin Templeton: Care Code: FDP-106
I’m getting this error code when trying to reset my Franklin Templeton connection, which worked until about a week ago.
This usually happens if an account nickname or number has changed at your bank. To fix you must reconnect your account.
Care Code: FDP-106
Anyone know how to resolve this? Thank you!

Franklin Templeton has discontinued automatic downloads, so they have been added to our Unsupported Banks list here:
With that, you will have to track the account manually moving forward. Here are the steps for making the account manual so it no longer receives a connection error:
And here are the steps for manually adding transactions:
If the account is an investment account, you can add/edit the holdings to keep your records up-to-date:
If the account is an investment account, you can also add Investment Transactions, if needed:

Thank you very much for ALL the info! I updated the Franklin Templeton account (as well as Ascensus account, which is also recently no longer updating) to manual and entered the total value. I then signed out and back in but both accounts are still not showing the manually updated amount in the Dashboard Accounts list and have the triangle symbol next to them. Any way to resolve this further? Thank you!!
Also, is there a way to be notified by email when you have replied? I'm new to this Community.

What is the Market Value in the Portfolio view, and what is the Accounts List balance? I know that manual investment accounts are only updated nightly, including the Accounts List balance, and that this may cause the balances to slightly differ.
In regard to the orange triangle, this shouldn't be occurring with manual accounts since it is a connection error indicator. You can navigate to Settings > Accounts to confirm the account is truly manual by looking for it in the 'Manual Accounts' section. You can also look for any remaining connections to the bank by searching the list of connected institutions above Manual Accounts.

Thank you so much for your quick reply! In re-reading your original message, I realized I had changed the updates to manual but hadn't changed the accounts to manual accounts. They seem to be updating correctly now. Really glad I found this community and I appreciate your help!
