Regions Mortgage Error FDP-108 (edited)
When I am trying to re-connect the account, Regions Mortgage, to Simplifi unfortunately I am getting the error FDP-108 as the image is attached. What is the course of resolving this error?

When I provide the MFA as received by the email, the error FDP-108 is persistent.

Hello @Dick_Davis,
Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this error. To troubleshoot, first, login to the financial institution's website and verify if there is any action that you need to take (normally, you would see a pop-up or a message in the message center). If you do not see any action that you need to take, then please try these steps:
- Sign in to the financial institution's website through a different browser or incognito mode to see if you're prompted with any pop-ups immediately after signing in.
- Some financial institutions require you to accept terms and conditions for use of third party applications with your banking information. If applicable, did you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions for third party apps on their website?
- Does you need to create or update your security question(s) on the financial institution's website?
- You mentioned MFA. Do you typically receive MFA prompts when logging in, both through the financial institution website and when connecting/updating in Quicken Simplifi?
Please let me know how it goes!
