Had some major informational and financial disasters in the last 2 months.

NOW HERE'S WHERE QUICKEN SIMPLIFI HAS BEEN HELPING

I now have a clear picture of all of my accounts, about 2 months worth of transactions in each, and can see current balances, and at least some forecasted balances based on the recurring transactions I've been able to figure out.

I also added APRs and CREDIT LIMITS to all of my account names, I now have like 12 credit cards (I opened a whole bunch during this episode), and can now see, for example, my Capital One Spark Classic card has the highest APR with a significant balance, so I want to focus on paying that off first, meanwhile, I want to keep up with new recurring charges on other cards, so I pay those off as they are made.

I've got a relatively new policy for travel, and that's this: Where possible I'm not going to share a hotel room anymore. I'll pay the extra to get my own room, it's just better for me. I sleep better without others snoring (even if I snore), and that's true even if I stay up later (until I am tired, rather than trying to go to sleep when others are tired and just getting frustrated). Those kind of charges will get paid off over time, and Quicken having the APRs will show me which card to preferably make those charges on.

My net worth is now somewhere between -$6,000 and -$7,000 and this means at best I have to go 3-4 months before I could potentially have a positive net worth, so I stopped some charitable giving I was doing (small donations I was making, recurring but small). I plan to resume that when net worth goes positive again.

(I think I corrected all the highlighted grammar errors, let me know if you see more, I have.1 day to make edits)

You say you have 2 months of transactions so does that mean you started over with a clean file?

I know that Classic let you put in the credit limit. It would be nice if these were downloaded along with APRs.

Good luck in growing your net worth.

"Minimum" 2 months on each account is closer to accurate, some have more..

Essentially, started over, yes, after deleting all my accounts a couple months ago.

I refer to Simplifi, not classic, here.

    Thanks.

I don't aim for a large net worth, but I would at least like to not be spending money on interest charges unnecessarily.
