Missing Transactions

There are mornings when I check my Simplifi, and all of the transactions are gone. By "all," I mean almost all of my accounts in Quicken Simplifi. I don't know if it is a server thing (I check at about 4 a.m.). I know it is happening with great frequency. The mobile app seems accurate, but I mostly use the web app. Attached is a screenshot of what comes up under 90% of my accounts.

    That is certainly strange, and has never or at least never in my memory in almost 4 years.

    Assuming you have reset the filters to earlier than 2025, I suggest a few things:

    1. Sign out and sign in again
    2. Delete the history and cache from your browser
    3. Update your browser to the latest version
    4. Try a different browser

    At least, you aren't losing data. Is your PC old, running out of space, etc.?

    Thank you for replying! I cleared my cache and history. The transactions are showing now. The computer is new with Windows 11.

    Glad that fixed it. Hope it is permanently resolved. Obviously, it wasn't the new computer. 😀
