  • I am also having this issue for the last month. I cannot refresh my Barclay's accounts: neither the Tiered Savings account nor the CD.

    The error on the top of the screen says "To connect to Barclays Online Banking - US, you must re-enter your credentials. If that does not work, try entering them on the website at Barclays Online Banking - US to ensure they are correct.(Care code: FDP-103)"

    When I click "enter credentials" I get "This Bank is not available right now"

    When will this be resolved? It's severely inhibiting my ability to use this product that I'm paying for

    Hello @MoneyHungry,

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. I see that you are connected to the "Barclays Online Banking - US" bank option in Quicken Simplifi, which is no longer available to connect to. The fact that this option is no longer available to connect to is likely the reason you're unable to refresh your savings account. For more information, please see this alert:

    What kind of account does the CD show up as in your Quicken Simplifi? Are you able to connect it under any of the other connection options available for Barclays?
