Optum financial does not show my investment balance (edited)

All of the accounts in my Optum financial login are showing as the amount available to spend. It does not show my investment balance. I tried to reset the account, but this did not help. I saw another user had a similar issue in February 2024. Wondering if that issue was resolved.

Thanks for reaching out! To clarify, are the accounts connecting properly, but are just not bringing the correct account balance that is displayed on the bank's website? I know that Optum is in our list of currently Unsupported Banks, so this may be the reason as to why you are experiencing trouble.
