Coinbase Balance Only Showing One Coin Type
Coinbase account is connected: in that account we have BIT and ETH. However, Simplfi is only pulling the BIT balance, not the ETH balance. How do we get the full Coinbase balance in our Simplifi account?

Thank you for sharing your experience. There is currently a Community Alert for issues with an incorrect portfolio display after connecting Coinbase.
I suspect the issue you're seeing is because of the known issue.
You can manually add the Ethereum as a holding in your portfolio by clicking the + Holding button and filling out the information as appropriate. However, there is a risk that can result in distorted holdings once the issue is fixed and Ethereum information downloads from Coinbase.
