    Hi @Coach Jon,

    I'm getting a different error code now: FDP-108

    Hello @craguirre,

    Thanks for the update. Users generally receive this error when the financial institution has added a new page to its website or a pop-up window that requires user action to bypass it. Typically, these are prompts to update your personal contact information or promotional material, such as credit card or loan offers.

    I would definitely have you verify that there is no additional action needed from you on the bank's website before we continue to troubleshoot for this error. If you sign in and don't see any pop-ups, try signing in to your bank's website using a different web browser or incognito mode.

    Hi @Coach Jon,

    I signed in again, and in incognito mode, and I didn't get a popup.

    Thanks,

    Carlos

    Hello @craguirre,

    Can you verify if you have any notifications or messages to follow up with on the website? Additionally, are you normally prompted to verify identity through a security code at the bank's website?

    If you are, are you prompted on Quicken Simplifi's side as well when trying to connect?

    Hi @Coach Jon ,

    No notifications or prompts when I log into my bank. I also don't get a prompt when I try to connect through Simplifi.

    Thanks,

    Carlos

    @craguirre, thanks for the reply!

    If you use the bank's mobile app at all, I would also recommend checking there. Sometimes the messaging can be app-specific.

    Let us know!

    Hi @Coach Natalie,

    I downloaded the app but didn't get a prompt when I signed in. Also, the app is for a different service provided by First Command and not the one I'm trying to add: commandcenter.firstcommand.com. I think I brought this up this earlier.

    Thanks,

    Carlos

    Sorry, Jon, I have not been checking this post since nothing was done for many weeks. I am still unable to get on the site with Simplifi. Like the other user, I am now getting a "you must complete an action at the website for First Command Financial Services" with care code FDP-108

    @drouetd, thanks for the update!

    I was able to confirm the FDP-108 error from our end. For this error, we recommend signing into the bank's website from a different browser, as well as in incognito/private mode. We also recommend trying the bank's app if that is something you use. Also, do you have MFA enabled with this bank? If so, are you prompted to complete MFA in Quicken Simplifi?

    Let us know!

    I do not have MFA enabled. I have signed in on a different browser as icognito, no message or actions popped up. Still getting same error on Simplifi app. I don't use banks app.

    @Coach Natalie Thanks for the update! When trying to add the account I got a MFA popup and then a FDP-176 error. I also noticed the login credentials were not for commandcenter.firstcommand which is what I'm trying to add.

    @craguirre, thanks for the reply!

    I can see the FDP-176 error on our end as well. To clarify, did you receive the MFA code and enter it into Quicken Simplifi before receiving the error, or at what point did the error pop up in the connection process? Also, it looks like we already discussed the URL in Quicken Simplifi. Are you no longer able to sign in to the page that opens to the bank's website when clicking the URL in Quicken Simplifi?

    Let us know!

    Coach Natalie, I believe @craguirre and I are having the same issue. I believe we are both trying to add https://commandcenter.firstcommand.com/ but there does not seem to be an option for this site. The only options for First Command on the Quicken simplifi "add account" section are as follows:

    image.png

    When I try the firstcommand.com option, I get this:

    image.png

    When I try the firstcommandbank.com option, I get this:

    image.png

    Neither one provides an option to go to the COMMAND CENTER site, which is the one I listed previously. I think we are spinning our wheels here. Perhaps you can add the command center URL as an option?

    @drouetd, thanks for the information!

    @craguirre stated prior that they are able to click on the URL displayed in Quicken Simplifi for First Command Financial Services, and then select "Command Center" to log in successfully to their account. Is this not the case for you?

    To answer your question, no, we cannot just add a specific URL/bank option in Quicken Simplifi. Since the bank connection option currently available allows a login via the URL shown in Quicken Simplifi, we are using that to assume it is the correct option to proceed with the escalation process.

    If you don't believe this is the case and you would like to request a missing bank instead of continuing with the escalation process, you may do so by following the steps here: https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/4409400-what-if-i-can-t-find-my-bank

    I hope this helps to clarify!

    yes, i can click on the firstcommand.com link, then select command center button and get into my account. I cannot do this within Simplifi. It always just gives me the errors.

    Hello @drouetd,

    I am back with an update from our service provider! They implemented a possible solution to the issue and would like to know if you can successfully connect now.

    @craguirre, If you can check to see if you can connect, that would be great as well. If you're still receiving the FDP-176 error when connecting, let us know if you receive the MFA code and enter it into Quicken Simplifi before receiving the error, or at what point the error pops up in the connection process. Additionally, are you no longer able to sign in to the page that opens to the bank's website when clicking the URL in Quicken Simplifi? Let us know!

    Thank You!

    When I click on the URL inside Simplifi, it takes me to the www.firstcommand.com site, at which point I have to click an additional button to LOGIN. Once I click LOGIN, it gives me choice of what site to login to, this is where I click on the COMMAND CENTER LOGIN page. This site points to https://commandcenter.firstcommand.com/s/

    When I try to add an account inside Simplifi, I choose the www.firstcommand.com option, then it requests username and password. If I put my username and password in there (which is the login credentials for the command center site choice from above), it still gives me the "you must complete an action at the website for First Command Financial Services. Care Code FDP-108

    Hi @Coach Natalie and @Coach Jon

    I'm still receiving error FDP-176. I didn't get a MFA prompt this time. Last week when I tried I did get the MFA prompt and then received error FDP-176.

    Thanks,

    Carlos

    Just FYI, I have never received any prompt for MFA within Simplifi or directly on the First Command site, even though it says I must complete an action at the site.

    Hello @craguirre,

    Thanks for the response! Are you no longer able to sign in to the page that opens to the bank's website when clicking the URL in Quicken Simplifi?

    I also noticed that you are switching between the First Command Bank WC instance and the First Command Financial Services instance within Quicken Simplifi when connecting. Since we originally escalated the FDP-108 issue with First Command Financial Services, let's stick to that option when trying to connect for troubleshooting. Are you still receiving an FDP-108 error when trying to connect with that instance in Quicken Simplifi?

    Hi @Coach Jon

    I can get to the Command Center sign in page when clicking on the link from Simplifi.

    Sorry didn't realize I was using First Command Bank WC. I tried from First Command Financial Services a few minutes ago and received the FDP-108 error.

    Thanks!
