Incorrect Investment Calculations
The system is not accurately calculating transactions is my Fidelity account. It overstates the amount of cash in the money market position. The system is not reducing that position as money flows out of that portion into stock or ETF positions. This result in the value of the account being double what it should be. Also, it is not accurately calculating shares x price for one position in my 401k account.

The positions are downloaded from Fidelity. Could you provide more details and screen shots?
My Fidelity accounts are usually accurate although sometimes there is a lag updating when you make buys or move shares in and out of cash, which will then count things "double" until the transactions are settled and updated. Usually this resolves within 24 hours.
You may have to update the Cost Basis from time to time especially with treasury money markets and cash reserves that are calculated at $1 per unit. Fidelity unfortunately doesn't update cost basis.
Look forward to your reply.

Fidelity is super slow in that regard. If I look at my MMA accounts in the Fidelity app it's usually 2 or 3 days for it to become accurate there. Simplifi only downloads what Fidelity tells it to and this makes the dollar amounts in Simplifi grossly inaccurate until Fidelity catches up with itself.
