    Hi - Today I am getting this connection error -

    Two factor authentication SecurPass™ code method must be changed on the Barclay's website.

    Barclay's customer support is clueless about quicken connections. They don't have an IT tech support which is ridiculous. Bad training. The trouble is with two factor authentication that does not pass the message through to Quicken in a window so I can enter the text code they send to my phone. Happened today for the first time since I've been using the card daily for months without issue.

    Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To clarify, are you seeing any error code in Quicken Simplifi when attempting to add/update your account? If possible, please post a screenshot of the error message you are are receiving (make sure to redact any personal information).

    @Coach Kristina - So today I reconnected the account after being unable yesterday and it worked as usual pulling in the few transactions. Barclay's does use SecurePass MFA and it messes with the connection. Perhaps letting a day or so go by let's it reset itself. Who knows.
