Why doesn't Simplifi re-authenticate my credit card account?

Why doesn't Simplifi re-authenticate my credit card account? I've changed my card account name and password thinking this might help, but it doesn't. Not sure what is going on here.

Try hitting 'reset account' under 'settings→accounts' and it should prompt you for a password again.

Otherwise, you can make your accounts for that bank manual, and then remove the bank connection, then add back the bank connection and relink it to those accounts.

Sometimes there are outages, it might be something you can't do anything about other than provide details like error messages here or in chat support.

They exchange a token when you set up the account, sinplifi does not store your password if the account supports OAuth

If you want to reject access you can either do it from the bank website (disconnect 3rd party connections) or in simplifi, you can delete the connection.

That doesn't help, but thanks. I want Simplifi to have access to my account in order to download the charges. It was working fine up until yesterday. Not sure what happened.

Success!! Thank you. That worked like a charm making the account manual then relinking it. Now I understand the "superuser" label you carry. 😉
