I'm unable to connect my Progressive car insurance bill (edited)

I'm unable to connect my Progressive car insurance bill. After entering all my information, it thinks and then stops and returns back to the filled out form with no alert of any error. I'm using my policy number as the account number as I'm not aware of any other account number that I have for Progressive.

    Unless a recurring bill varies from month-to-month, I don't bother with Bill Connect. Most of my recurring bills are a static amount so I don't really need a live connection to update the amount each month. Same for due dates, static - always due/paid on the same day of the month. Where Bill Connect can be helpful is with variable bills like electric, natural gas, water.

    Since it looks like you're using our new Bill Connect provider, you will want to contact our Chat/Phone Support Team to troubleshoot any issues: https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/5077917-how-to-contact-support

    The Community doesn't have access to the new system as of yet, so Chat/Phone Support will be able to provide support for you.

  • I had the same issue when trying to connection Progressive Insurance as well. After clicking submit, it thinks of for a minute, then returns to the original screen. It doesn't some any errors, just not submitting the information.

    @mikeSC, thanks for joining the discussion!

    To clarify, did you have your Progressive bill linked prior? If so, I would recommend using the "Disconnect Biller" option in the three-dot menu of the Recurring Series to completely disconnect it. Once you are disconnected from the Biller, go back through the "Connect Biller" flow to reconnect to Progressive.
