I just started using simplifi and some of my transactions are still pending like 3 days later. Do I need to update my account from my bank website?

Thanks for reaching out! Are the mentioned transactions still pending on the bank's website as well? If they are not, can you let us know which financial institution this issue is occurring with? You can also try resetting your account connection to see if that fixes the issue:
