Nordstrom Card transactions are reversed - debits are credits and credits are debits

How do I fix this? It appears to be happening for transactions in August (but maybe longer - but for sure the month of August). This is in Simplifi.

Transactions downloading from Nordstrom with reversed amounts is a known issue that has been escalated from our end. We have an Alert that you can follow for updates!
