Fund future bills much like YNAB does.

I came over as a user of YNAB. I love this in many ways. I really do miss the ability to "fund" bills and do a zero sum budget if I choose to do so.

As a result, things like Home Owners Insurance, Property Tax, etc, I put into Savings Goals, but that seems silly to me to have to do that yearly. I would much rather just have it show on my Bills list throughout the year, and be able to fund it through the year.
