Biller connect search won't load
When using the biller connect search I'm unable to get any results to load. I've tried may different names, even ones in the previous list such as Verizon. Nothing will load. Samsung Galaxy S21. Cache cleared.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. Is this happening in the mobile app, or the web app (or both)? When did you first notice this issue?
If you haven't already done so, please try logging out of the app and logging back in. If the issue persists, and this is happening only in the mobile app, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If the issue still isn't resolved, please try restarting your device.
