Adding Chase and Wells Fargo accounts fails with 'Care Code: to.100' (edited)

I just got Simplifi in order to have a single view of my wife's / my finances, since we want to combine them, and our budget accordingly. However, when she tries to add her accounts for Chase and Wells Fargo, it always fails with:

"We are unable to connect to <institution> at this time. Please try again later.
Care Code: to.100"

She's tried this multiple times over multiple days, only to get the same error each time.

Note - I have my own accounts with Chase and Wells Fargo as well. We've seen some other posts indicating that Simplifi can't support multiple accounts from the same institution - which, if true, makes using Simplifi useless for what we want it to do. Any advice?

    Thanks for reaching out! I am not seeing an error from our side for you with Chase and Wells Fargo, myself. Could you please provide a screenshot of the error you are seeing from your end to assist us better? Can you also verify if the accounts have separate logins entirely?
