New User - How Long until Product Bugs are addressed?
I am trying out Simplifi for 30-days after spending a year on Monarch Money. I love managing everything in one place and deciding between this and Quicken Classic.
I contacted Simplifi support about a bug and see it has been reported and around for more than 6 months. Is this the norm?
While Monarch had major shortcomings in investment area, their support seemed to be better to fix bugs.
