Elapsed Monthly Duration Indicator in Planned Spending (edited)

It would be helpful to have an optional indicator on the "Planned Spending" page showing the elapsed portion of the month. Displaying the remaining time in the month would provide better context for budgeting decisions, helping users determine when and where to cut back.

    It would be great to be able to compare the amount of money spent for a given budget line to the chronological progress through the month at the time of viewing the page.

    Simple basic example shown below showing a line to indicate the day of the month compared to the amount of money spent during that month:

    Yes! This would be a useful feature

  • in Mint there used to be a dashed lined referencing where in the month we should be considered to our budgets. Just drawing a down the planned spend showing progress of the month (1-30 days). That way you can gauge how you’re trending in certain categories in terms the monthly budget allotted.

    When the budgeting aspect of Simplifi is implemented, this could be a consideration as I can see the usage.
