Chase: Unable to add new savings account (edited)
This may be because it takes time for Chase's systems to update fully.
However, I added a Chase Savings account tonight (I had one three months ago, but it was closed for reasons I won't go into here), and the problem is that I can't add it to Quicken Simplifi.
I tried going to the financial institution and selecting 'Add New Account,' and I attempted to make all accounts manual and re-add the institution. Both times (multiple times) on the Chase side, it listed all accounts, including the savings account. However, when it returned control to Simplifi, the savings account was not there.
Please let me know if there's something I haven't tried.
EDIT: Ooops, I should've consulted google first. It says there is a 1-2 business day delay before I can add a new chase account to a third party app (like Quicken Simplifi).

Solution: The next business day I could add the account, sorry, again, I should've googled first.

Same thing is true of Fidelity. Takes a day. Other FIs sometimes are faster.
