When I clock on the Sign In, my Simplifi opens. Nothing happens when the “Get Started” is clicked. This is not normal correctd?

I'm confused by your post. The title says that clicking on QPB starts Simplifi. But the comment says that clicking on Sign In starts Simplifi. Can you explain what is actually happening, click by click?

For example, in my experience, clicking on the Sign In button shows the menu of apps like the image you posted. Nothing else happens.

But on that menu of apps, clicking on either Quicken Simplifi or Quicken Business & Personal opens the version of the program I have a license for — namely QBP.

In contrast, clicking on the Get Started button takes me to the page below:

When you do these things, do you get a different result?

@DryHeat, first sorry if it was confusing. My reason for posting was to see the Quicken Business and Personal (QBP) to see if I wanted to migrate over to that program. I am with the presumption that is is much closer to Quick Classic but on the web. Right? I was expecting to receive something to the effect that if you want to continue, purchase a subscription.

Also, does it QBP still have the same issues as with Simplifi - for transactions, accessing the various download accounts, etc. Overall is it a better program? My point here is I might be expecting for Simplifi to be more, but QBP might be something to check out further.

So, if there is data already in Simplifi, can it be migrated over to QBP or does it need to start over from scratch?

Hope that this response provides more clarity.

To be clear, QBP is very much based on Simplifi and looks like Simplifi. There are just additional business features enabled. In fact, it appears you sign into QBP at simplifi.quicken.com just like regular Simplifi.

@Dick_Davis "Hope that this response provides more clarity."

It doesn't — at least for me. It explains your motive and asks new and different questions, but it doesn't completely ignores the anomaly you previously reported and my response to that anomaly.

You said that "nothing happens" when you click on Get Started. (Which should take you to the page I linked where, BTW, you can sign up for QBP). Was that actually the case and is it still failing to work for you?

@Dick_Davis, I see that you're subscribed to Quicken Simplifi, not Quicken Business & Personal, so you won't be able to sign into Quicken Business & Personal.

When I click "Get Started" from our webpage — https://www.quicken.com/products/simplifi/ — I don't have any issues proceeding to a sign-up page, so you may be experiencing something specific to your browser there.

However, unless you want to purchase a separate subscription under a separate email address, this wouldn't be the correct path to take. Instead, since Quicken Business & Personal is built on top of Quicken Simplifi, just with added business features, you'd want to contact our Support Team directly so they can switch your subscription for you.

    I hope this helps!
