Transactions Missing From Income & Expense Report (edited)

In this release, I might be missing where the prior income and expense report would be that wols show all the incomes and expenses. You can reference the attachment for what I am seeing. Since I been using Simplifi since June 1, there is expected for all the income and expenses by categories to be shown.

    Hello @Dick_Davis,

    I am not sure I understand. If you can help clarify what you mean, that would be great. Do you mean that some of your income and expense categories are not appearing within the report itself? If so, which categories seem to be missing? Have you tried using another web browser/incognito mode to see if they appear there? Let us know!

    @Coach Jon, if you use the two attachment and check your release as stated, what do you get as results? Also provide the questions to where you feel that it is unclear.

    Updated: tried with Chrome, no difference in the report. The majority of the transactions are missing. Do you stil want a listin fo the categories?

    Thanks for confirming that not all of your categories are appearing within the report, and for trying in another web browser. Per my previous response, which categories seem to be missing?

    Hello @Dick_Davis,

    The Income & Expense report is based on transactions, so there may be transactions/accounts that have exclusion settings enabled, which in turn would not count toward this report. I would definitely verify if this is the case from your side.

    Based on previous replies in this thread, it seems there may be a little confusion as well.     @Coach Jon , I don’t know what the problem or issue was, but when I went to access the report this evening with Edge and Goggle Chrome, the report is as expected. For your understanding I will send this report via private message as it does have financial information in it. Also, this hopefully in the future in some minimal way.

    Also, as of this time, please close this thread as it is resolved by how – I have no idea. Thank you for your patience and tolerance with this issue as it is resolved at this time.
