Unable to connect my Sallie Mae student loan account - Error Code 927 (edited)

I'm attempting to connect my Sallie Mae student loan account to Simplify but I'm unable to. When I log in directly to sallie mae I use salliemae.com and at sign in I get redirected to servicing.salliemae.com. When I try to sign in from simplifi and I use the salliemae.com option (instead of banking.salliemae.com) it takes me to the Mastercard sign in, I enter my Sallie Mae credentials (copy and paste from bitwarden) I get an error "we ran into a tech issue, try again later…." with error code 927. If I try the banking.salliemae.com I also get an error but I would assume banking.salliemae.com is not the right institution.
