@abernaki, thanks for posting your bank request to the Community!
I moved this out of Missing Financial Institution Requests for now, as you should be able to connect to Aidvantage using the "Oklahoma Student Loan Authority" bank option in Quicken Simplifi, as noted in our original request for Aidvantage here.
Let us know if this works for you!

That connection shows aidvantage.com instead of aidvantage.studentaid.gov so didn't think to use this one. Plus not big on it asking for SSN. The Verification method for aidvantage allows for SSN or Account Number. Can we use Account Number for verification instead of SSN?

@abernaki, thanks for the reply!
To clarify, the URL displayed in Quicken Simplifi is not always the URL used to connect from the backend. We also have no control over how the bank has users sign in via third-party apps. If you are able to use your social security number with the bank, and this is what Quicken Simplifi asks for, you should have no issue signing in. Please give this connection a try and let us know how it goes.

It works, was just hoping it was designed to take both options and that you just labeled it for SSN.

@abernaki, I'm glad to hear this connection option works for you! Now that you're connected, you won't have to keep re-entering your social security number or anything along those lines.

Thanks, true I don't like entering it at all if I can help it. I use account number since my first login. Concern is more in how you store credentials when it contains SSN. Some financial institutions have app passwords for that reason. I am not sure how you communicate after the initial authentication. Is it always basic auth?

@abernaki, definitely understandable!
Our support article here goes over how Quicken Simplifi connects to banks:

I hope this helps to provide some assurances!
