Is this page suppose to be advertising this?

Link just goes to the Simplifi product page. Nothing about getting LifeHub free with Simplifi.

    @abernaki, thanks for reaching out!

    I just checked our Plans & Pricing pages for both Quicken Simplifi and LifeHub, and I don't see any offer for free LifeHub with the purchase of Quicken Simplifi. I'm not sure what webpage showed you the offer you provided a screenshot of, but your best bet for anything subscription-related would be to contact our Chat/Phone Support team directly, as we don't manage subscriptions here in the Community.

    I hope this helps!

    Sure , it was the url I put in the title before you edited it. https://www.quicken.com/products/lifehub/ Lifehub product page. Figured I'd let you know. I engaged support yesterday because I couldn't log into the community due to a permission error and it was an underwhelming experience repeating all the steps I had already done to get told to come back tomorrow. I'll be a good sport and submit a ticket there. Assumed it was posted or left in error and trying to keep quicken from getting customer flack later, but hey at least this way on the small chance I'm wrong I get to try out the other product

    Just to confirm, I see that too on that page.

    Can we please stop getting ads like this in the paid app (Simplifi)? It is frustrating to have a paid experience degraded by screen-blocking pop-ups pressing me for more money.

    I’d like to understand this as well. If something is being advertised then the advertisement should be honored. Curious as to why the website is giving conflicting results.

    The thing about online offers, sometimes it's what offer you took when you signed up that affects what you get with your subscription, if it was free when you signed up, you get it. Also, be sure to read the small print, sometimes extras are "free your first year" with the hopes they get you hooked.

    In my case, I paid for a year of LifeHub. I like it, and added a lot of informatIon to it, but I haven't gone back and updated anything since at least May (5 months ago) so much of it may be out of date, for example i listed my medications at the time, but today don't think i'm taking any of the same prescriptions. The organization features are nice, but to be honest, I could just as easily use Microsoft OneNote and store similar information (OneNote data is stored on OneDrive, which for now i'm already paying for with a Microsoft 365 subscription for office). Also, one more place for me to store my personal information, seems like one more place a data breach seems eventually likely to happen (Just yesterday I got "yet another" class action lawsuit payout - from the tubi data leak, $51 that i got is great and all, but i used to like the idea that my info was private).

    EDIT: Tubi actually wasn't an accidental data breach, but an intentional violation of privacy by sharing data with third parties. That's probably why "this one" was a cash payout, as opposed to "free credit monitoring" which i usually get.
