Persistent Filters Not Working on Mobile App (edited)

@HappyNorml, thanks for posting to the Community!
I have moved this out of Feature Requests, as persistent filters/views in reports works the same on the Quicken Simplifi Mobile App as the Web App. If the reports are the same between the two platforms, the settings will be preserved regardless of where you are accessing Quicken Simplifi. This is outlined in more detail here:
I just tested this and saw that my filters were preserved within the Mobile App itself (I used the Total Spending Report). I then saw this filter carried over to the Spending Report on the Web App, so this feature appears to be working as expected. With that, can you describe in more detail what specifically isn't being preserved on the Mobile App for you, and what report you're using?
We look forward to your reply!

Thank you for the follow-up. It prompted me to go back and do some more specific testing.
You’re right that the persistent filters work across both web and mobile apps for payees, categories, tags, and date ranges. The feature is great by the way! Simplifi reports have always been a standout feature and this makes them even better.
BUT I did notice/confirm what prompted my initial post. The persistent filters DON’T work for Flags, and for any of the “advanced” filters (bills/not bills, excluded from spending plan/ it excluded). If these are toggled in ANY report, leaving the report and coming back has these items revert to the untoggled state. This happens on BOTH mobile and web.
I had originally noticed it on the mobile app because that’s where I tend to do most my casual financial reviewing. I often toggle the filter to “hide items excluded from spending plan” (to hide expenses from trips or that are large yearly expenses, etc) and I’ll occasionally toggle the filter to only show items with “no flags” (to hide large or atypical expenses like taxes that I’ve mark with flags). I had mistakenly thought it was a mobile app issue, but It as I described after testing, it turns out the persistent filters aren’t “persistent” for flags and for the advanced filter toggles.
So maybe this counts a a bug report?
Thanks. Appreciate your help and all the work the simplifi team is clearly putting into the product.0 -
@HappyNorml, thanks for the reply!
The issue of Advanced Filters not persisting has been escalated here:
You can follow along with that thread for updates on that issue!
