Unable to connect to Arvest Mortgage - FDP-102 (edited)
I's ridiculous to me that both Mint (RIP) and [removed] support Arvest Mortgage and Quicken Simplify still hasn't added this despite requesting it for 2 years.

Note this URL. A previous "answer" to this question said use https://arvest.com which is falsely labeled "Arvest Central Mortgage" on Quicken but this is an entirely different website and mortgages are not accessible from the URL Quicken offers.
I should not have to manually track a mortgage when Mint and [removed] can do this automatically. Please fix ASAP.

Thanks for reaching out! From our side, I am not seeing an error for you when connecting to Arvest, and I do not see a recent connection with the Arvest Central Mortgage Company instance within Quicken Simplifi. Have you tried this instance to see if it works for you? Is it just that your mortgage account is not showing up within Quicken Simplifi when connecting?
I would also have you verify if you can log in using the URL within Quicken Simplifi for Arvest Central Mortgage Company. If you can log in to the website after selecting the URL, then you should be able to connect within Quicken Simplifi.

It's NOT Arvest. Arvest works fine. Its which is an entirely different URL than Arvest. Arvest.com does not have access to mortgage. One is their bank url and one is their mortgage url. Arvest Central Mortage is still arvest.com, not It's ridiculous that Mint (for free) and [removed] support this but Quicken still fails to understand the issue.

Please keep in mind that the URL seen in the Add Account screen is typically referred to as the Homepage URL and is not necessarily the one we use to download transactions.

Thanks for the reply! From our side, I can see that you are receiving an FDP-102 error when trying to connect with Arvest Central Mortgage Company as of today. To better understand your specific situation, can you let us know if you are trying to add the mortgage account for the first time into Quicken Simplifi when you receive this error?
If you can, please provide a screenshot of the error from within Quicken Simplifi, as well as provide logs. This would be very helpful in determining a solution.
- Log in to the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.
