Stripe is not updating at all, if I disconnect the account make a new connection everything downloa
THis is so frustrating. Has something broken in downloading from Stripe? I click the update button and it spins and spins and nothing updates. twice now, the only way I can get latest stripe transactions is to disconnect the present Stripe connection, then make a new one with a new name (like Stripe 1, Stripe2, etc) as it won;t let me use the old name as "it already exists" Yes that's a bug!
If I make a new connection everything downloads but of course its now in an account with a new name so my paid invoices go away.
If a new transaction shows up in Stripe (i can see it in my stripe web access) the only way I can get it into Simplifi is to do the above disconnect and make a new connection. I cannot believe this is normal!

Unfortunately, I don't have a Stripe account to test with in my own Quicken Business & Personal. Can you provide some screenshots or a video of the process you are going through so we can get a clearer picture of what's occurring, please?
