Care credit : unable to connect at this time
Care Credit told me yesterday that they had an updated sign in process and i needed to change my password, now i am told that QS is unable to connect.. not entirely suprised to see this, but thought it worth reporting.. may affect other synchrony accounts too.

Hello @RobWilk,
Thanks for reaching out! From our side, I see that you received an FDP-103 error when trying to connect earlier today. Are you still receiving that error code when trying to connect, or is another error occurring? Can you try from the Quicken Simplifi web application to see if that works for you?

This is what I get on web if i hit try again.
I'm going to guess you'll next ask me to make the account manual and try re-adding it and linking it, but before i do that I will await your next steps.

Hello @RobWilk,
Exactly! We will want you to try establishing a fresh connection by making the account manual and re-linking to see if that fixes the current issue. The instructions to do that are:
- Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
Let us know how that goes!

Ok, so, my old password still works on both CareCredit's site and Simplifi - thanks - i should've been able to figure that out myself. But when I signed into the CareCredit site, it -did- tell me to change my password to a new one and I did, but for whatever reason it didn't "stick". I'm good with my old password.
