American Express (Cannot Add New Credit Card Account) - FDP-401 [edited]
For about 4 weeks I've been unable to add a new credit card to my Amex Account. I'm able to select the card after clicking "add new account", but then the software times out on the "connecting account" display status with the blue animated circle.
Any fix for this? Or at least cause and expected time to functionality?

Hello @Mysterio,
Thanks for the reply. With your most recent attempt, I do see that you're receiving an FDP-401 error when trying to connect to American Express. We are aware of this issue with American Express and are actively working on a resolution to this issue. You can follow our alert here for updates:
In the meantime, you can track the account manually by adding manual transactions, which will keep your records up-to-date. Here are the steps to do so: Managing Transactions in Quicken Simplifi | Quicken Simplifi Help Center

Coach Kevin answered this one for me: the parent user of a shared account must apparently add new accounts, not the shared access user. Many thanks to Kevin!
