When looking at the spending plan in the app vs. the web version, all of my recurring series (income and bills/subscriptions) are duplicated in the app.
Is there a force refresh from the web to the app to correct this?

Worst case, you can uninstall and reinstall the app if you suspect data corruption in the app.
However, note that transfers, depening on where you look at them, may be 'duplicated' because they're technically two separate but linked transactions ('money out' and 'money in' sides).
