MetLife insurance market value is wrong

MetLife data feed for insurance policy market value is wrong now in Simplifi. The data feed must have recently changed because it was correct for years but it's wrong now. Now it is showing the death benefit value instead of the market value. I have 2 insurance policy accounts with MetLife linked to Simplifi and they are both showing the incorrect (death benefit) value. It was automated for many years, do I didn't want to have to track it and update it manually.

    Thank you for letting us know about this issue. When did you first notice this change in behavior? To troubleshoot this issue, please make the problem accounts manual (for instructions, click here), re-add the accounts to your Quicken Simplifi (for instructions, click here), then carefully link them to your existing accounts (for instructions, click here). Once that is done, wait 24 hours and confirm if the market value is reflecting correctly.
