Check numbers not populated
Since the check number field was added to the transaction detail, my checking account transactions have automatically populated the check number field. That seems to have stopped sometime in early August. Is this a bug?

It's still working for me with Chase. Maybe it's an issue with a specific bank?

I was wondering about that. I use PNCBank. They have a significant online banking upgrade scheduled next weekend so I'll have to watch this for a while and see if anything changes. Thanks for letting me know it's working for you.

My local bank downloads them as well but we write so few checks so I don't have the check field shown in my register. So I tend to forget about it.
Do you use the PNC feature of a linked savings and checking account? If so, how does that work for you? Does it work as a sub-account with just one balance or does it download as separate accounts?

Hi Steve. We have a Performance Select Checking account and a Premium Money Market account, which download as separate accounts in Simplifi. I'm not familiar with the linked accounts feature, but then we've had these accounts since dinosaurs ruled the earth and I don't pay much attention to new developments.

Yep, you probably have a simpler account setup since it was set up a while ago.
According to their web site, Performance Select with Virtual Wallet has 3 accounts in 1. Two Checking and 1 Savings.
Also, you know PNC has its own Virtual Wallet App, which I know nothing about, and it would probably be a good idea if you have everything in PNC, which nobody could.
Anyhow, thanks for telling me. I am a nosy person. LOL
