HealthEquity HSA Investment Account no longer updates, cannot add

    Hello everyone,

    Our product team is back with an update for this issue. They would like you to please try adding the investment accounts once again with HealthEquity. Please let us know if you can add these accounts!

    I cannot. Every time I try to add the account back I get an FDP-101 error and it says to try again later.

    Health equity has moved to using passkeys since this incident occurred in June, yet Simplifi is still asking me for username/password. I suspect this is the issue.
