    Hello @Magotaux,

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue! To help troubleshoot, I checked our internal tools and can see you have gotten a FDP-107 error when attempting to connect to Sallie Mae Bank.

    If you haven't already done so, please try connecting using Sallie Mae Loan Service, and if you're not able to successfully connect, please let us know what happens and what error message/code, if any, you see.
