[RESOLVED] 10/13/25: Fidelity HSA Accounts - No Transactions

We’ve identified an ongoing issue with Fidelity HSA accounts: Fidelity does not send transaction descriptions for these accounts. Because a transaction description is a required field, these transactions cannot be processed through the Intuit platform. As a result:

  • No transactions will be sent for Fidelity HSA accounts going forward.
  • Cash balances will no longer update automatically.
  • Users will need to update their cash balances manually.
