Credit Score feature failure

Hello,

I've been successfully using the Simplifi Credit Score card for several months now. Out of nowhere, my Credit Score card is completely blank and has a button to "Get Started."

I click the "Get Started" button, enter all the requested information, but I get an error message saying the "Verification Failed." Please see the screenshot below:

Please investigate and fix.

    Thanks for reaching out! I am not sure what could have caused this issue, but it is definitely weird. Can you verify if this issue appears in other web browsers/incognito mode? Let us know!

    Hi @Coach Jon , thanks for the response!

    I just logged into Simplifi today, and my Credit Score card is again working correctly without any action by me.

    I'm not sure what the issue was, but it seems to be resolved!
