Hello @iakoubtchik,
Thanks for reaching out! To clarify, your new Coinbase credit card account is not showing up in the list of accounts available to add to Quicken Simplifi when adding an account, correct? Is this credit card account accessed from the same website URL that you access your other accounts with Coinbase from? Is this credit card account brand new for you? If you can also supply the following information, this would help us greatly:
- Has there been any activity in the account in the last 90 days?
- Is the account considered an external account (i.e. are you redirected to a different website when selecting the account on the bank's website)? If so, what URL are you redirected to?
- Is the account a subtype of a different account?
- Has the bank made any recent changes to its website or sign-in process?
- Are you the owner of the account?
- The name of the account, as it appears on the bank's website.
- If the issue is occurring on an existing Quicken Simplifi account, the name of the account as it appears in Quicken Simplifi.
- A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the bank's website that has a wide enough scope to show the full page URL. This is the landing page after signing in, and typically lists all accounts and balances. You will want to take this from a web browser and not a mobile browser, as well as redact any private info such as account numbers.

That's correct. Currently, the account can only be accessed via the Coinbase mobile app. Here's the info you requested:
- There has been activity in the last 90 days.
- It looks like the card is issued by First Electronic Bank through the Cardless embedded credit card platform.
- Don't believe it's a subtype of a different account.
- Coinbase recently launched this new credit card product.
- I'm the owner of the account.

Hello @iakoubtchik,
Thanks for the reply and for supplying the requested information. We will still need the screenshots I requested previously as well, when you can provide that information.
Additionally, can you clarify what the "Cardless embedded credit card platform" is specifically? Is it somewhere you are rerouted to when accessing the credit card account on your bank's side?
If you can also supply logs, this would be extremely helpful:
- Log in to the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

It's not somewhere customers are rerouted, it's a backend platform that Coinbase is using to provide the credit card.

Hello @iakoubtchik,
Thanks for the screenshots. It looks like we will still need the requested logs if you can provide those as well. Additionally, after viewing your screenshots, we will still need the Add Account screen I requested. Remember that it does have to show that the account in question is missing at account discovery in Quicken Simplifi.
As for the clarification, I wonder if the platform you mentioned is somehow preventing Quicken Simplifi from being able to detect the account in question. The screenshot you posted here looks like Coinbase is allowing Quicken Simplifi to access all portfolio accounts with Coinbase, but it does not mention the credit card account at all. Can you also provide a screenshot from the bank's website showing how this credit card account appears there? Feel free to redact any personal information.

Hey @Coach Jon-
Additionally, after viewing your screenshots, we will still need the Add Account screen I requested.
The file "Screenshot-Simplifi-Web" is the Add Account screen popup, which shows the account in question missing at account discovery.
I don't think the platform is preventing anything. I believe it's just a matter of reaching out to the Coinbase dev team to setup the proper api permissions for Simplifi to sync credit card data in addition to the crypto portfolio data you already sync.
Can you also provide a screenshot from the bank's website showing how this credit card account appears there?
The file "Screenshot-Coinbase-Mobile" is the screenshot of how the credit card account appears. Coinbase currently does not have a way to access the account via website browser. The credit card section of the desktop site directs users to access the mobile app.

Hello @iakoubtchik,
Thank you for confirming. If the account is not accessible via the website, then this may be why the account is not coming across when you are connecting.
Additionally, if the bank is not presenting the account as available to authorize when connecting, it is likely not enabled for third-party access. This is something you will generally have to reach out to the financial institution for, and I suggest doing so in this case, so we can confirm whether this is what is occurring. Please let us know how this goes!
