QBP: Time Tracking Capabilities for Projects (edited)

Wish/Request: Built-in time tracking for client projects would be amazing. Currently, I track time externally and have to manually enter each item in Quicken because there is no bulk import that I have seen. A bulk import feature for time data would be incredibly valuable.

    1. Hours worked on a project, in theory, is an expense — by the labor law in my state, tecnically as a self-employed person, I read that legally, i may have to pay myself at least minimum wage (which might not happen based on project income some months).
    2. In my case specifically, my business is more of a side-project. My main income is disability insurance - disability insurance policy states that I can work for up to -x- hours per month on this kind of project, but if I go over those hours in a month i start to risk my disability insurance.
    3. Being able to track hours in a month worked on a project would seem to help both of the above.

So, if I'm not missing it and it's already there, being able to track 'billable hours' or 'hours worked' which maybe should be link-able to a price/hour for x type of work (for example, i might track 'hours doing support', 'hours developing software', 'hours maintaining website/admin work' at different billable rates. Being able to see total hours and total for each type of hour would be worthwhile, Ideally, these hours should allow decimal point values (0.25 hour, for exaxmple).
