Thanks for reaching out! We converted your idea post into a discussion, as it looks like we already have a Crate and Barrel instance within Quicken Simplifi. When checking from our side, I do see that Crate and Barrel Credit Card is currently reporting connection issues at this time, however.
We are currently investigating the issue from our side, but in the meantime, I would keep trying to connect every once in a while and be on the lookout for when that banner disappears.

Crate and Barrel have transferred customer accounts to Imprint. Thus there is a new provider and new login. The Crate and Barrel connection will no longer work. What is needed is the ability to connect to Imprint to download transactions and get current balance.

Thanks for the feedback. As mentioned previously, Crate and Barrel Credit Card is currently reporting connection issues at this time in Quicken Simplifi. I would suggest following the steps I gave above and being on the lookout for when that banner disappears.

No, even if the connection is fixed, we no longer have accounts with Crate and Barrel. They have moved our accounts to Imprint, a completely different credit card provider. New system, new credentials, etc.

Thanks for the reply. If you select the URL available in the Add Account window for the Crate and Barrel Credit Card instance, are you able to log in at the website that opens in a new tab? Additionally, what happens if you do try connecting using this instance in Quicken Simplifi? Do you receive an error?

You are not understand and I'm not going to keep repeating myself like my previous posts. The ask is to support connections to Imprint. Stop asking about Crate and Barrel.connrction.Full stop.

I can understand your frustration; however, since the previous connection with Crate and Barrel Credit Card was supported within Quicken Simplifi, we need to verify that it no longer works to create a new request for this financial institution. To clarify further, oftentimes, when banks make changes such as merging with another bank or changing their website, our service provider will work with the bank to update the existing connection so it works with the changes.
The connection error banner displayed in Quicken Simplifi indicates that we are already aware of an issue with this bank, which could mean that they are already working on implementing the changes. Escalating a connection issue with an existing bank option in Quicken Simplifi will be much more productive than a Missing FI Request that may never get implemented, which is why we usually do it this way.
Once the connection error banner is gone, if you are still experiencing an issue, please let us know so that we can troubleshoot further. If we end up escalating the issue, we will share the changes that the bank has made with our service provider so they are aware and can research solutions; this will give us a definitive answer on whether Impact needs to be a Missing FI Request, or if this is something that can be fixed with the existing Crate & Barrel bank option.
I hope this makes sense and clears up any confusion.

I am also wondering how we can add Imprint to Simplifi. I have the Crate and Barrel credit card and as of 10/14 it was moved from Synchrony Bank to Imprint. I don't see an option to add Imprint in the 'Add Account' section. The exisiting connection to the old Crate and Barrel account is no longer working

Any updates yet? Exactly what the previous user said - Crate and Barrel switched their credit card provider from Synchrony Bank to Imprint… connection hasn't been working for weeks now.

We are currently investigating the issue. In the meantime, you can continue to try connecting periodically while the banner remains visible. As mentioned in my previous comment in this thread, you also have the option to manually track the account by adding manual transactions, which will help keep your records up to date in the meantime. Okay, here's the deal. Listen closely. Imprint is not a bank or traditional credit card institution; it is a fintech platform with a whole new approach to co-branded retail store cards. They do not use a username and password to log in like banks do. One logs in using their phone number, followed by a verification code, followed by a custom PIN set up when you apply. This is the issue. The old C&B connection was for a traditional bank login. C&B has discontinued this card and replaced it with the Imprint card. The current Quicken setup will not ever work with an Imprint co-branded card unless Imprint changes to usernames and passwords for account access. Please ditch the old one from Simplifi that is causing confusion.
For now, the only option seems to be to set an Imprint account up manually, which is not ideal for a credit card. So it would be great if Simplifi would somehow implement compatibility with this new form of account login for credit cards. You can see more here: https://imprint.co/

Thanks for the detailed response. I do understand where you are coming from when it comes to wanting a solution as fast as possible for this issue. If we were to escalate a connection issue with this existing Crate and Barrell bank option in Quicken Simplifi, it would be much more productive than a Missing FI Request that may never get implemented or take quite a while to implement.
After verifying on my side again today, I can see that the banner is still showing for this instance. Which means that we are still investigating the connection issues being reported. I would suggest waiting a bit longer to see if this banner clears and if you can connect via this instance afterward.
If you are still adamant afterward that you all would like to still submit a Missing FI Request, we can take that route as well. Be sure to let us know.
