[ONGOING] 9/2/25: Tangerine - Personal Banking returns an FDP-103 error
We are currently seeing an issue with Tangerine - Personal Banking returning an FDP-103 error in Quicken Simplifi. This is due to now needing a Login ID instead of a Client Number to log in. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.

RESOLVED 10/15/25
This Alert has been marked as resolved, and everyone should be able to add and update their accounts with Tangerine - Personal Banking as expected.
Quicken Simplifi has been updated to accept the PIN, and users will need to set up their PIN with Tangerine directly.

REOPENED 10/17/25
We have received reports that the PIN mentioned above does not work for some users, and that a password is needed instead. We have reported this issue, and have reopened this Alert. Please continue to follow along here for updates, as this is being worked on.
