Betterment connection not working (FDP-103/request-body-field-unsupported)

    Hello @gsong,

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot, I checked our internal tools, and can see you're getting a FDP-103 error when attempting to connect your Betterment account. It is a known issue that our teams are working to resolve. To track the status of the issue, I recommend bookmarking the Community Alert linked below:

    In the meantime, you are still able to update the account manually (for instructions on how to do that, click here). If you don't already have the account in your Quicken Simplifi, you can add it as a manual account (for instructions on how to do that, click here).

    That issue is from almost a year ago, has a bug been re-introduced? Otherwise it's a different issue, right?

    The issue is still an ongoing issue. Depending on what is causing the problem, some issues can take a long time to fix.

    This is going for 4 weeks now. Any progress? Without Betterment connection the app is pretty much useless to me.

    @gsong, we definitely understand how disruptive connection issues can be.

    At this time, we don't have any additional information to share, and our teams typically don't provide ETAs. I can assure you that the issue is being worked on; however, in the meantime, all we can do is have users follow the Alert for updates, including a resolution.
