To request the session, we will need:
- Confirm that the email address and phone number listed on your Quicken Simplifi account are your best contact info (please do not share this info in the Community; we can find it in our systems).
- Provide your general availability over the next few weeks, and please also include your time zone with this.
Please also submit fresh logs:
- Log in to the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

- The email and phone number listed in my Quicken Simplifi accounts are accurate and the best way to get in email and voice contact.
- General availability: if this is during the day, then we have to set a time block as I will be doing this from work. If in the evening after 6pm Eastern, then I can do from home. So, offer up three-time appointments and I can make the best selection.

We can't provide times for you to choose from, but I did file the ticket requesting the session, and I put that you are generally available after 6 PM ET. It will likely take a few weeks before you hear from anyone, but keep an eye out for an email from someone at Quicken; our engineering team will reach out to confirm a set date and time for the session.
In the meantime, you can track the account manually. Here are the steps to add a manual account:

If the account is an investment account, you can add/edit the holdings to keep your records up-to-date:

@Coach Natalie, in the attached image is the message that is received. I tried this twice, on two separate browsers. Also, tried after a restart and the clearing of the Cache.
