I would like to be able to display only categorized transactions in order to update them easily in checking and credit card registers. Since notification emails do this, why not in the app? My credit card accounts have a lot of transactions. This would allow me to update the categories at one time instead of daily or with an excessive amount of time taking the number of required steps.

    Hello @J3rabb,

Thanks for reaching out! I am not sure I understand your inquiry here. May we have more information on what specifically you are looking for? If you just want to be able to locate any uncategorized transactions within your account registers, you should be able to use the search bar above the register to search for uncategorized transactions, and then edit them individually as you see fit. You can also use the 'Select all visible transactions' checkbox and then select the pencil icon to edit multiple transactions at once.

If you are looking for uncategorized transactions to be excluded so that you may view all the transactions that already have a category, you can use the Filter icon in the top right of your account register to select all categories except for the 'Uncategorized' category as well.

  • I tried for over 2 hours via chat to get into community page (couldn't register with Quicken email and didn't have a second email account) and multiple search variation attempts with no success, your information does the trick! FYI, I wasn't spelling uncategorized" as it is in the list! It's cut off due lack of space. Thanks for these tips. But since I'm a newbie, less than 2 weeks, I'll probably be pestering y'all again.
